Skinny Treat : Guilt-Free Mango Fro-yo

I've been craving for ice cream but you know, ice CREAM. Hahaha ;) 

You'll need :

4 cups of plain yogurt (low fat or non fat) 1-2 cups of fruits (your choice) *i used mango * my favorite ! ( half for purée, half diced 
1 tbsp of honey 
Toasted nuts ( your choice) * I used mixture of walnut, cashew and almond, and it's superb!

Steps:

1. Strain out the liquid from the yogurt as much as possible by using cheese cloth in the fridge for few hours. 
2. Blend it up with fruits. 
3. Stir in the diced mango.
4.Freeze it and stir every 1 hour for 3 times. This gives your "ice cream" even smoother! 
5. Top with nuts and serve!
** you can do this with ice cream machine . 
DONE! Amazingly delicious :)
