A quick and simple Chinese stir fry dish. Serve best with a bowl of rice. Yum! :D
3 egg whites ( beaten)
3 egg yolks ( beaten )
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Pepper to taste
Steps :
1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a nonstick pan, stir fry shrimps until cooked.( just turned into pink color, do not over cook it, it will gets tough and rubbery )
