Craving for brownies ? What about a chocolate one? But you might be thinking its too guilty to eat it. Follow this recipe and you'll never put yourself into this frustrating situation again! 
You'll need :
2  Tbsp of unsweetened Applesauce (or vegetable oil if you're not counting calorie)
2  Tbsp of coffee
1  drop of vanilla extract 
1  dash of salt 
1  pinch of instant coffee (for richer taste) *optional*
1 Tbsp of sugar (or honey, sweetener, organic cane sugar) 
2 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder  
2 Tbsp of flour ( all-purpose/ spelt flour/ gluten-free all-purpose) 
Steps:
1 In a 12 oz coffee mug, mix your applesauce, coffee, vanilla extract, salt and instant coffee.
2 Add in cocoa powder, sugar and flour. Whisk well. 
3 Microwave for 1 minute, and you're DONE! 
* time may vary with your microwave, you can pause halfway to check, 50-60s is best for slightly molten brownie (*^_^*)
Of course, you can enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. *IF YOU'RE NOT COUNTING CALORIE* :D 
I added a pinch of Baking Powder for rising, surprisingly it turns out perfectly, cake-y brownie like a rich chocolate cake. 
I skin the ice cream, obviously, hahaha!
