Skinny Breakfast : Single serving non-fat Banana pancake

Who doesn't love pancakes?
Enjoy this without feeling guilty !

You'll need :

1/3 cup of flour ( I used oat flour) * tips : add a pinch of corn starch to lower down the gluten*

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract

1/2 mashed banana

1/4 cup of skim milk ( or any of your choice)

Steps :

1. Combine the dry ingredients into a bowl.

2. Mix the wet ingredients well in a separate bowl.

3. Stir the wet into the dry. Be careful do not over mix, mix them until just combined. It's okay to have some lumps. :D

4. Cook them on a nonstick pan, FLIP THEM ONLY ONCE! *flip when it has bubbles on top and the edges are starting to cook*

And now it's done :)

You can top it with your favourite toppings ( if you're not counting calories )

These pancakes are so amazing! Very fluffy and moist! NO SUGAR AND OIL IN IT! ^_^
